Mysore- Style of Yoga, and
Why is it different from other generic Yoga Classes?
The Mysore style of Yoga Asana practice is a specific and unique way of teaching yoga where classes are not led as a whole but rather all the instructions received by trainees are one-on-one within the setting of a group class. Students are assisted individually, having been given relevant physical and verbal instructions that lead them to practice their personalized portion of the Ashtanga sequence of Asanas at their own pace.
